    Default UPDATE SEBASTIANS hand warmer poop

    So he definitely did consume some of the iron powder. (From the hand warmer, posted last night on the life threatening thread). I have been pushing liquids and even gave some baby prunes. His urine smells slightly metallic and poop def has iron. Anything else I should do. Should I just feed HHB? Keep the green leafys away? How often should I push the fluids? Serious lesson learned from this one. 😑

    In addition to his HHB you can give him fruit like grapes or watermelon for added hydration.
    Yes, he probably doesn't need anymore iron so withhold the greens for a day or two.
    I don't think there is a set amount of fluid but when you think about it give him some more. He might take water with fruit juice added.

    That little stinker. They will eat anything.

    You should look up the MSDS safety data sheet for the brand he consumed. It will give detailed information about toxicity
