To post a recipe and list the ingredients for Henry's products would put Henry out of business... think about it. He is a contributor to this site and was even at the 2015 meet. He's buying in larger quantities than a single person, so buying from him should be cheaper and less hassles.

Morning Sqyrl, I agree with you, Henry's produce and package a very good product. And they do carry the vita-Mins packs for making blocks at home, but for feeding just one or two captive Squirrels it is much more practical to buy them ready made unless a special formulation is needed to satisfy the requirements of some Squirrels.

I met Henry at the 2015 meet and he was a good guy, so just trying to defend his proprietary formula until he can reply.

Absolutely, I've left several great reviews on their site after making purchases, and Ms. Leigh will answer their phone on the first ring. If all of the industries in this Country followed those business methods, we would be much better off.

Henry's Vitamins are sold at www.henryspets.com
Protein is sold there as well.
You can buy both in bulk, or in smaller quantities.
A lot of people buy vitamins and protein from Henry's and make HHBs at home.

you can use oat bran instead of wheat flour.

    Good luck!

Thanks for watching out for our friends Leigh and Jay at Henry's Healthy Pets, but no need to worry: there is a recipe for blocks that Leigh always gave out to those who wished to bake their own. (It's one of those things that makes them such a cut above the average American company.) Follow the link that astra posted above.

Our problem here in Canada is one small bag of Squirrel Block from Henrys winds up costing us about $100 PER bag. Maybe Henrys should open a franchise up here ;-)
