Thanks guys! Ok, I was very worried about him not relieving himself. He dropped a couple pellets the first day we brought him in, but after day 2 nothing. So it has been a confirmed 36 hours or so since we have had droplets. I update the rehabber of everything. You guys have been super helpful.

God forbid I have to ever come onto this forum again..Not because of you guys ; Only because that means I don't want to have to find another abandoned or orphaned baby. But if I do, here is the place to go!

Thanks Ben for getting little Dagger to me today!! After you left I gave him a thorough exam, He's very health! I can't say thank you enough for taking your time to take care of him! I gave him some Fox Valley and while he was in my hand eating he decided to give me that precious gift!!! Pee and Poo!! You done wonderful with his leg too, I really can't find any lesions around it, just some missing fur and that drop of blood. If you would happen to find another baby, I don't doubt that you'll do just fine til you get me Welcome to the TSB and call me any time to check on him!!

Fantastic update! Thanks Dagger for helping this little one and getting him into great hands. Eric Taylor is a great rehabber.

Eric, where in the world have you been? How's life treating you?

    Thank you
I've been trying to balance my job and the babies, I have so far been able to do that but here lately I've learned to transfer the ones I can't give 100% too. Last year I darn near killed myself!! I took in 162 animals and rehabbed 141 of them!! Not this year I wont. I have figured out there are other people who do this and they CAN give the same kind of care I do. Squirrels Rule and Bunnies Too has been a wonderful help. I (we) NEED to make an app for smart phones HINT HINT IR!! I do miss being on here and learning all the knowledge that's out there.... we could all use some from time to time.... Last night my wife and I were getting a foxer ready for release saturday, while cleaning the cage that mean bugger came out and bit my wife 11 times on her arm, Cas is a BIG foxer, and I knew he was mean, she didn't realize how mean though. I deal with them every day, and have done so for 16 months straight with no breaks... (you all tried to warn me how it would be ) I wintered over a batch of them and as soon as they went out the new ones came in. LOL listen to me babble on... Sorry, don't spend much time with humans any more.... But you know what, it's been a great ride, even though I've been in the emergency room countless times, sanity lost somewhere, and no friends anymore. I'm so glad I found Peeper, He set me on a road to whole new world. I've been happier, nicer, and more patient since I started. I owe a lot of this to you guys too.... So here's a late THANK YOU!!

Glad to see little Dagger go to a good home! I guess you can port this thread over to the TSB success stories!
