My 2 year old Grey had small ones to begin with never really hung low on him , but the past few days I noticed they shrunk a lot ... is this normal????

Yes, perfectly normal.
They will drop lower in the scrotum during excitment, mating season, etc.
and be larger.
Other times they are smaller in mass, they are even able to draw them completly
back up out of the scrotum into their body cavity.
Your not the first to observe this and be concerned, we even had a member
that thought their squirrel somehow got castrated. :grin
