Default Baby squirrel with bumps & adult with face injury

Hi! So i have 2 issues with 2 different squirrels...first is a apprx 3 week old baby i picked up from my vet tonight. He has 2 bumps next to each other on his side. I think they are ant bites. Vet got a bit of fluid out of one. Scabs on top of bumps. No other bites or holes on him so not thinking its from a cat. Founder founder baby on ground & no mom in site. He also has some bruising on inside of his leg, same side as bumps. Hes a bit dehydrated so im hydrating. Vet gave him esbilac. Should he get any antibiotics? The bumps dont look infected. He moves his leg fine. Hes 31 grams. I named him Freddy. See pics below.

Issue #2 is with a full grown adult i saw at work today hanging out by the cafeteria. His face looks awful!! Im thinking abcess that opened, as it looks smiliar to the abcess one of my wild squirrels at home had. Should i treat him wth antibiotics? He seems friendly & begs for food so im sure i can medicate him with a nut. Thoughts? He moved fine & is chunky....for a florida squirrel.

My inclination is to say yes to clavamox for both of them

Ugh thats the one antibiotic i dont have. I have cipro & clindamycin & smz & orbax & amox. Any of those work? Baby Freddy is going to either rehab today or to Nana3 tomorrow...im sure she has some.

Do they look like ant bites on baby Freddy?

They could very well be ant bites on the baby -- I would keep them clean with a mild antibiotic wash and let them continue to dry up as they are doing. For infection you do have orbax (similar to Baytril, used all over Europe) and amoxi, so those should work.

Will do. What about the big guy & his face? Does it look like its healing & leave it be...or can some one dose for full grown squirrel....have to guess his weight but hes a big guy. But we are in florida so they run smaller than grays up north. Maybe 350 or 400g?

He is able to clean his face so I would just watch it for a day or so. ANY sign of infection or swelling and I would use the clindamycin, with a probiotic in between to help his tummy.
