Possible tapeworms for Itsy?

Hi I have a squirrel named Ruger who has tapeworms and has been given Praziquantel. Now my other squirrel Etsy has started doing some butt dragging on the floor and I'm concerned she has it too. I still have Praziquantel and I'm wanting to start itsy on it as well. She is just over 2 years old and weighs 390 g. Can I please get some dosing information for Itsy?
