It looks like a juvenile that she's been feeding nuts and seeds but it's still not gaining weight.

You don’t say if he’s outside or how old but too many nuts and seeds are going to rob his body of calcium. That’s usually less of a concern if he’s outside, but if he’s too compromised to find anything else to eat, it can still be a problem. Depending on his age and previous diet, I’d recommend the Fox Valley UltraBoost mixed with formula (if he’ll still drink it). It’s more digestible than heavy cream and meant for weight gain. I’d also up the amount of food and water available in general with lots of fruit and veggies on top of 2 blocks per day. I use Henry’s Healthy Blocks but if you make your own, you can also add the powder UltraBoost to your homemade blocks and add calories (and calcium) that way, which works if he’s too old for formula.
