UTI Foxer Dosage of SMZ/TMP DS 800-160 (Bactrim)

Hi everybody and thanks in advance for your help. My 4-year-old foxer Georgie has what I believe is a UTI. He is peeing a lot and it has a distinct smell that isn't his normal smell. I clean and clean and clean his cage and it really doesn't get any better smelling. He is always wet on the fur and skin of his belly around his penis. He isn't acting abnormal like he's irritated or anything. When I get him out to play he is fine with me he doesn't act like he doesn't want me to bother him or hold him. I bought some small animal wipes but they are not doing the job so yesterday I gave him a Dawn bath to get the stink off of him but he's wet again today. I have Bactrim and need to know the dosage. I have a baby scale and if I can get him to hold still for 2 seconds I will get his weight so someone can help me.

Yes I will get you a weight as soon as my husband gets home and locates our baby scale. We moved last year and I'm not sure where it is but he probably knows. Thank you!

Georgie weighs 2.160 lb and yes I have a one mil syringe.
