Squirrel pox?

I believe this squirrel may have squirrel pox. Is there anything I can do to support a WILD juvenile squirrel?

I live in Southeastern WI and no veterinarians will help here that I have found. Wildlife Center would euthanize, independent rehabbers seem non-existent. There are 3 additional litter mates who I love dearly.

I tried to research old posts. I have valacyclovir (500 mg) and no antibiotics. The liquid immune is discontinued.

I don’t know how to dose or give the valacyclovir if recommended. What happens if the wrong squirrel takes it? Should I proactively try to give it to the others?

I have no idea what to do here. I’m inexperienced but I care and will try hard.
