I hope your baby is doing okay this morning.

Now that we have definitively established that this is an 8 week old baby and not an 8 month old, I would stop the calcium supplementation. He is eating formula which will supply him with the nutrition he needs, INCLUDING calcium. It was a good first guess because if he was 8 MONTHS old, we see a lot of MBD after the babies wean off formula if the human has poor dietary information, because they have some very specific needs.
