Orphan baby squirell

There was a baby squirrel on the sidewalk it looked dead and wasn't moving so i brought it home because the kids around our apartment like killing animals it's doing better now but my mom doesn't want it in the house and we called animal rehabilitators that are close by and they can't help What do i do?
