Need Help 4 critical MBD in Venezuelan Red Squirrel

Please help with suggestions. I was contacted by somebody who has raised a squirrel in Venezuela for two years. It seems to have severe MBD. There does not seem to be pet stores, veterinarians, or even Amazon deliveries in this remote area. The animal was brought up as a baby on cows milk, and seems to have been mostly eating tropical fruits, some nuts, but truly improper diet.
There are no rehabbers, and I’m trying to figure out what we can do for pain as I am used to using the drugs we do as rehabbers.
what is safe she might get at a drugstore? Animal not eating.. seems to be screaming in pain when she is burrito’d.
