Help with Dosage baby

Have a male baby gray squirrel who opened his eyes last week. He currently weighs 60 grams and has been clicking and seems to be lethargic and not wanting to feed up till yesterday. I have access to Keflex and need to get proper dosage. Ive have been trying to find the correct by using the search all day but no luck. Please advise
