Squirrel with pneumonia

Emergency Please Help. I have a one year old Grey squirrel who is really sick. She is making strange noises when she breaths. I sent video of her breathing to someone and they said that her airways have been comprised and that she definitely has respiratory illness. They said that if I had amoxicillin that I could give her that but that I would have to figure out how to correctly dose her and I have looked online and can not find anything on it. The amoxicillin I have is 500mg. Can you please help me to properly dose her? Please I have known this squirrel since she was a baby and she is my buddy, it is killing me to see her suffering like this. Please and thanks

Can you give us an idea as to her weight? Dosing is done by weight and it would be really nice not to have to guess.

You will need a 1ml syringe with clear markings in order to dilute and dose properly.

I was told that the average weight is 500-700g for adult

Online it says the Eastern Gray Squirrel can weigh between 0.88-1.3 lbs

I am not 100% on her weight but I do know she is a 1 year old adult. Please help me, she means the world to me.
