Default Advice needed on starting solids

I’m not sure if this the correct forum so sorry if it isn’t! Anyway, peanut is 8 weeks old and will be turning 9 this Thursday. Right now she is eating 13-14 cc’s (20/50 fw) every five hours without a night feeding. She has started to eat her blocks rather then shredding them. I still can’t get her to eat a whole block (cut up). I’ve read to wait till they eat their blocks well to introduce the healthy fresh food. How and when should I start giving fresh food? What is the best foods to start with? Once she’s eating her blocks and food well how to I go about milk? Do I do the same amount every 5 hours or less? She drinks very well out of her bottle. I still use a heating pad should I stop now? Sorry for all the questions I just want to make sure I do this correctly :)
