Help anyone please

Rescued two squirrel babies but recently one squirrel baby got pressed under an object went lifeless(paralysed) but got bit normal and squeaking a bit and just started running everywhere and biting bedsheets, running with weird breathing and was kinda in panic. That all happened around 11:30 am now its 7:30pm he is doing nothing mentioned above but now suddenly wakes up scared and is out of energy ...he was the most naughtiest one...please help what is happening to him?

Don’t know what if anything is damaged. Would keep him quiet and make sure he is drinking eating pooping and peeing. How old is he?

Its indian palm squirrel around 4-5 weeks old

Yes they are i was feeding one and the naughty one just sneaked and ran away and got injured

I am scared of any internal organ damage🥲 contacted vets near me they dont operate squirrels
They are palm squirrels around 4 weeks old

Not much you can do for internal injuries. Babies have great healing abilities. Here we have infant ibuprofen that we give for pain and inflammation. You could give the equivalent, but take a picture of the bottle and let us see first. We can tell how much to give but we need to know how much the baby weighs.

UPDATE AFTER MORE THAN A WEEK ,HE RECOVERED AND DOING JUST FINE✨
