They are doing wonderful and putting on weight! Poops are getting thicker but not 100% yet.

Diarrhea is coming back, even though he’s been on the full GMF. Should I treat for a parasite now that the formula hasnt made it better?

Let’s try gerber baby rice cereal and baby banana food. Mix 3Tbsp of GMF with 1/2 teaspoon of baby rice cereal and 1/2 teaspoon of baby banana food. That will be fed as a formula. Do both have the diarrhea?

    How are they doing otherwise?

His was more watery tonight, hers are starting to get a little loose as well. Otherwise acting normal. Will start GMF, cereal, and baby food for first feeding in the morning

In the meantime let’s get you some meds for possible coccidia.

Okay, we put the tracking system at usps to work. They said pkg was delivered to your city, but said it had an insufficient address.

So get some Imodium and let’s see if we can at least get the diarrhea stopped. Let me know when you get it and I’ll dose. As far as meds all I can do is send again on Monday. Sorry.
The Imodium should stop diarrhea but if it is parasitic, it won’t fix it.

Sadly the package was an attempted delivery and there was something incomplete about the addy.
We are quite sure these babies have coccidia. The baby boy had some bloody diarrhea this morning. So we are advising AE to pick up a coccidiacide for chickens at the local Feed and Farm store. So sorry the meds did not get there.

It’s fine! Things happen and we can’t do anything about. It’s the thought that counts 😊 Just got back from picking up Corid and Imodium (pictures of each have been attached). Chip weighs 126g and Belle weighs 134g. If someone can provide dosage amounts, I’ll be so grateful! Thanks!
