Default Sleepy squirrel baby, didn't eat well tonight, sleeping on top of bedding

I have a 3 to 4 week old eastern grey, female, 58 grams, normally eats 2.5 to 3 cc's every 3 hours normally burrows into tee shirt in her box. At 10pm feeding only ate 1.5 cc's, pushed syringe away. She's been climbing on top of fold of tee instead of burrowing in, acted too sleepy to eat. Pee is clear, does it every feeding time. Has had loose stools, but was firmer and more of it at 10 pm feeding tonight. I gave her a little bit more formula at her 7 pm feeding. Maybe that little bit more was too much? Like a half cc? I don't hear any clicking, but her heart sounds fast to me. Worried because her behavior is slightly different, and I don't know if I'm over thinking it, or if it's serious.

Still didn't eat at 2 am feeding, acted like it tasted bad. She drank a few drops, then got hiccups. I held her until it eased off, then she nuzzle around like she was looking for food, but rejected syringe again. Then went back to sleep. Now I'm starting to worry a bit more.

What formula are you feeding? Just in case do you have antibiotics on hand? These could be signs of AP. Is she hydrated? How long have you had and what condition did she come in.

Feeding Esibilac, had her a week, she was cold and dehydrated when found, but has since gotten better and pink skinned and healthy.
But I think the problem is solved. I took her some formula at 4 am to see if she would take some. She drinks from a syringe because she wouldn't touch a rubber nipple at first. I heard a tiny click noise, so I listened hard, didn't hear it again, and offered her the syringe again. Tiny click and she moved her head back. I realized it was coming from her mouth, and figured out that she might be teething, so I put a soft nipple on the syringe and she ate like a champ. She's back to normal this morning, a little careful when putting her mouth on the nipple, but fine otherwise.
