Cipro for 4 week old squirrel

Hi I’m rehabbing an orphaned baby squirrel girl who is approximately 4 weeks old and 55gms. Despite my best efforts, she managed to get pneumonia. Local vets are no help around here and unfortunately my Clavamox is too far outdated to provide any benefit. I have Benebac ordered and it’s being shipped now to help her gut bacteria. I have 250mg Cipro tablets that I’m trying to calculate a dosage with. Does anyone know what the dosage is for squirrels? I don’t want to give her too much and I know it’s important to start treatment ASAP. She is my 4th squirrel rehab and this is my first time dealing with pneumonia. Any other tips are welcome too. Thanks!
