Sneezing or coughing?? Adult female eastern gray

My baby Matilda is a two year old female Eastern gray. Today she has been making a strange noise that I first thought meant she was agitated, like their alarm or anger noise, except she only does it once or twice in an hour, and mostly in quick bursts of two. She’s very sleepy but seems okay otherwise? She just ate her hazelnut Henry’s and some baby bok choy greens, so as of now her appetite seems fine. Can squirrels catch a cold?? Could it be MBD? I have the Henry’s emergency mbd treatment in my freezer, for just in case, but I didn’t expect that to manifest in respiratory symptoms??

I have never seen MBD manifest as respiratory symptoms. Have you checked the teeth?
