Squirrel has UTI or crystals need dosing!

Adult squirrel having difficulty urinating, she squats frequently but nothing comes out. I messaged her belly and she finally urinated but it isn't a spray like normal. She is still drinking and nibbling but I'm afraid it may a UTI or crystals. I currently have cleocin 150 mg capsules and can get smz/tmp 960mg (800/160) monday. Can anyone help with dosage? She weighs around 400 grams.

Cleocin is not an effective antibiotic for UTI's.

Bactrim (smz/tmp) is a good choice, if you can provide the exact strength... is this a capsule, liquid (with concentration) etc. It would be better to get a weight on the squirrel too, 400grams is small for a Georgia grey squirrel... unless maybe you are very South Georgia?

smz/tmp 960mg (800mg/160mg) capsules. She's small but meaty and yes southern Georgia close to Florida line. I've gotten her to nibble on some dried cranberries, the store didn't have fresh ones.
