    Default Hurt toe

My baby has a hurt toe. It looks like she might have caught it in her cage. She is about 8 weeks old. She has played in her cage but not gotten out unless I take her out.she has slept a lot today. I’m so worried. What can I do?Name: 094F0668-A085-43A4-8F14-5E62ABF7EBCE.jpg

Aw. It probably is sore. Poor little one.

If you have or can easily get infant ibuprophen and can provide us with her weight, we can give you the correct dose. It is a pretty good anti inflammatory that tastes good and will help it not hurt so. It doesn't look bad in your pic - she will probably be fine in a day or two.

Make sure it is infant IBUPROPHEN, not acetaminophen.

You may need to try another cage. If the one you have now has bars (wires) that get closer together and come to a pinch point she may keep injuring her toes.

She looks like a beautiful little girl! Thanks for caring for her!
