Default Praying this isnt life threatening! Baby squirrel got stung by wasp! Less than 5 days

I'm a prerehabber on way to getting my license. I've rehabbed about 20 mammals. Today I was called to pick up a newborn baby squirrel. There was a wasp in the box when handed over and it got stung on it's small head. It still has his umbilical cord. Unsure what to do. Never had this happen before!! Do I just use topical benadryl or children's liquid and if so how much?

    For a 30g baby the children’s Benadryl (12.5 mg/5ml) dose is 0.02ml.

It would very difficult to dose anything smaller as the dose is minute.

Can the Benedryl be diluted with water and dosed for a smaller than 30 gram baby. Poor little bean.
