Default Hair missing from top of tail

I've just noticed a few days ago that my flyers tail is missing hair on the top part of her tail. Is this something to be worried about? Her diet is pretty staple and shes not missing hair anywhere else. I've checked her cage to see if she got it caught on anything. Couldn't see any problem areas. Is this just a case of over grooming? I've been told that it could be moult but how long does that usually last? Shes about 4 months old. Any help would be appreciated.

This is her tail as of today. The tip is starting to part.

It appears to me she is missing the tip of her tail?
That would be why you see it "parted" like that.
If that's the case then she had to have injuried it
    somehow.
Don't have flyers myself, hopefully members that do
can give you more insight on their thoughts and what
you may have to look for.

I thought that might be the case too but there's no signs of physical injury, the skin where the hair is missing isn't irritated or pink or anything. And she doesn't seem to mind when I touch it. It's just so weird, I thought that maybe she might be over grooming but I'm not expert. Just wanted to make sure it isn't something to be worried about. It's been about a week and it hasn't really gotten better.

After a few weeks of using coconut oil, this is her tail now. I can see some fur starting to grow back very slowly, but now the skin toward the tip is turning a strange color. Any insight? I'm at a complete loss. Dont know what's going on with my baby...
