    Default Teeth trimming

I have a squirrel and she is 10 months old, she is needing her bottom teeth trimmed. I am moving to Florida and leaving on Monday. I was wondering if anyone in this group lived near Panama City Beach and could show me how to do it once I got there with her. I am sure if shown how I can do it on my own after the first time, I am just scared of the first time.

I don’t know of any member in the Panama City area but there is a squirrel knowledgeable vet in Panama City that might be able to assist you. The vet clinic is called Crittercare and the vet is Dr. Hubbard 850-726-0838.

There is a member located in Fort Walton Beach, which is about 1 1/2 hrs from Panama City, but I don’t know if she has any knowledge about teeth trimming.

If no one is available I will definitely try the veterinarian as I would also like her to have a checkup and make sure all is well! I love her so much and had a few scares when she was younger. She seems to be doing good and she is a sweetheart, very loving and I just want to make sure she stays healthy and happy! She was the first squirrel that I have ever rescued so it has been a learning process every day and she may not need a trimming. I just need someone knowledgeable that can tell me for sure as I don’t have a lot of squirrels around that will let me get close enough to see how long their teeth should actually be. Thanks everyone for being here

Can you post a picture of her teeth. I'm sure someone can tell you if they look like they might need a trimming.
