A scale is an absolute must. Not only do you know how much food to give at each feeding, it helps you gauge growth progress and allows you to note problems early if weight goes down. You would also need it if we needed to help you dose medications.
You can buy them at Walmart, Target, Bad bath and beyond, etc. They start at around $8. If you can't get out, they're on amazon too.

Continue normal regular feedings, give extra hydration in between feedings a few times a day until you are sure the problem has passed, then decrease hydrations one at a time watching poops. And the esbilac should be mixed 1 powder to 2 parts water. The 1:3 you are using now is not enough nutrition for them. Again, the scale is essential. Continue hydrations in between while you make the transition to the normal strength of esbilac, watching bellies and poops.
