These are potent herbs/spices, that are often used in small amounts in cooking and medicinally.
They are all very high in (oxalates), a calcium lowering anti nutrient.
(Allspice, Cinnamon, Clove, Cumin, Curry Powder, Ginger, Onion Powder, Turmeric)
