First don't panic. What his body doesn't need, calcium-wise, he will shed in his urine and poop (which may be very white). Give him LOTS of fluids if he will take it -- maybe a drop of apple juice in his water will encourage him to drink more than usual. Just flush it out.
It is VERY unusual for a squirrel to devour an entire roll of TUms. His body may have been telling him he needed the calcium. What is his daily diet like?

Give lots of fluids to help flush his system.

Thank you so much for your quick response! I actually posted this on my mother's behalf, she lives in another state. But from what I've observed, she feeds him various nuts, fruits, and vegetables. Also, he didn't eat the entire roll, but quite a good amount.
Please have your mom take a look at our Healthy Diet for Pet Squirrels -- it is essential that her boy not get too many nuts and fruits, and he needs a quality rodent block as most of his diet!
