Rehoming....

Hello everyone
Unfortunately I am being forced to move out of my house and into an apartment. I am very worried about what will happen to my Rusty. I may not be able to keep her. I was wondering if there is anyone that knows of someone that would be able and willing to take her in Connecticut, just in case I cannot take her with me. This is breaking my heart but I want to do what is best for her and I.

Can you tell us a little bit about your squirrel.
How old is she and is this a non releasable?

Her name is Rusty. She is about a year and a half to two years old. She is very friendly and loves to play. Only problem is she gets aggressive around food and new people (but only when she's in her cage). I don't know if she is releasable at this age.. she was orphaned when I found her and she was coming up to me and my neighbors. I tried to put her back to the tree but she followed me every time. There were other babies roaming around but they were scared and wouldn't let me near. Rusty is not afraid of dogs either.
