    Default Yogurt

I've read postings of people's squirrels eating yogurt and citrus.... Mine.... they ignore it and must think I'm crazy to keep trying. What type of yogurt are people feeding? lol And will they actually eat an orange slice?

My guys favorite was Liberte' vanilla, but sadly the stores stopped carrying it in my area. Recently I have seen Liberte' yogurt back on the shelves, but there is no longer a vanilla flavor. . It tasted like dessert! Yummy!

Okay....so vanilla is the theme! I have tried blueberry.... Maybe I'll give it one more try!

Thank you for all the examples!

Mine loved an orange slice from the day I gave it while they were growing up. I would cut a slice in half to make the size more manageable for them.

Now that they are released in the wild, my orange offerings sit for days before being eaten. ?

I have never given mine yogurt on it's own. I may offer it to the outdoor ones this winter, for a first try. While they ate formula, which was for more than 9 months (overwintered), I mixed a raw plain yogurt into their formula for the probiotics. They loved their formula. I also added whole raw cream as well.
