The only thing is, she WAS clicking with every breath. I saw the pneumonia video and it sounded just like her, I took a video of her around lunch time today, but I have no idea how to show it to you. I would much rather it NOT be pneumonia, I'm starting to get more hopeful!

I honestly thought it was aspiration pneumonia that was making her crash... I mean, what else could her weakness/limpness be from? She was taken off of the old formula and put on pedialyte, and plenty of it. Now she is slowly being introduced to Esbiloc, but for some reason she's still not as active as she was or as eager to eat as she was.

Give her two VERY small drops tonight, one tomorrow and get the 1cc syringe before her next dose. See how she is tomorrow.

Will do! And do you know how long can she go without probiotics?

Get them in the morning. Don't go look to purchase a syringe. Go to the pharmacist where you fill prescriptions and ask for a syringe without the needle to feed a "kitten" that you found.

Give them tomorrow. She will be fine without them tonight.
She needs the antibotics tonight like SammysMom said.

I did that and for some reason they only had droppers and 5cc syringes. I will find a 1cc tomorrow even if I have to go to multiple different pharmacies.

I just gave her 2 small drops and I will continue feeding them the Esbiloc. I'll keep everyone updated (with hopefully GOOD updates)! Thanks again for helping me, you guys are a life saver! (Literally)

There are two threads going on about this.
    The Cipro has been dosed.
Thank you for that... Should I delete this post? Or leave it be for anyone else needing similar help.

Hi all! Little girl made it through the night! She is still weak this morning but slightly more active. She sucked on the syringe a bit, but not even half as eager as her brother. She got down about 1cc of formula. I also have not been hearing any clicking today! So seeing that she is still very weak and was still having diarrhea last night even after she had been flushed out with pedialyte and started on Esbiloc, should I be giving her a little pedialyte between feedings? Just to be sure she's not dehydrated from the diarrhea? Thanks again everyone!

Are you using the powdered or liquid Esbilac? Please PM me your name and address and I will put a few syringes and a nipple into the mail today. I'm right in CT so it will be there in two days I believe.

Yes continue with Pedialyte if she has diarrhea.

Once you get the probiotics that may also help.
In the meantime, try this below.

    (Partial) Brat Formula Mix
3 tablespoons (already) mixed formula 2-1
1/2 tsp baby rice powered cereal
    1/2 tsp banana baby food.

Thank you. I just did the dehydration test and her skin stays tented for longer than 10 seconds. Is there any certain amount of pedialyte I should be giving her in between feedings?

Do not be offended by my questions, please. I have to ask because we have all made this mistake. Are you feeding everything, including the Pedialyte VERY warm? It can make a huge difference and each of them likes it a different temperature. Sometimes that has made a huge difference in how much I can get into one. At 89g, she should be eating at least 4cc every 3 1/2 to 4 hours. I do think that she is dehydrated and would definitely give the mixture Nancy posted with the cereal and banana to get that diarrhea stopped. That is her worst enemy with dehydration at this point. Nothing works on a dehydrated baby because they don't want food and then if they do take food, they can't properly digest it anyway.
At this point, I myself might even give her a drop or two of Kaopectate if you don't have the ingredients for the BRAT mixture.

Yes -- always a good idea when an animal has or has had diarrhea.

You can give her the same amount of Pedialyte as you do her formula,
    in between her formula feedings.

Her last bowel movement seemed a little more solid, but I will keep giving her the pedialyte in between feedings!
