Question Advise needed: Injury to front leg

So last night I was feeding my fat girl (aprox 7-8 weeks old) and on her 4th syringe I noticed she was holding one of her front legs funny and wasnt really using it to hold the syringe, but other wise she did not seem bothered by it.
After we finished feeding I gently tried to see what the issue was-

    Examination:
the leg is not swollen what-so-ever, there was no visible bruise, no visible laceration or injury, she didnt react to me manipulating the leg in a variety of ways, and the leg seems to hang oddly and she seems unable to raise it or use it as she can the other. I suspect she dislocated her shoulder or pobssibly a fracture. The only reaction she gave was when I tried to rotate the leg as if to pop the humurus joint back into the socket, but all she gave was a little grunt and jerked away. Otherwise she does not act as if she is in any pain.

I gave her some metacam and put her in her cage to sleep it off and I had hoped the injury would resolve itself naturally or I would see some improvement, alas that hasnt happened.

Before feeding I had cleaned and placed new branches in her cage, I was out of the room 10 minutes to make her formula and I suspect in that time was when she got injured.

    Hi there!

You said she was holding it funny? What do you mean exactly?

Is she using it to ambulate or climb? Is she using it to pick things up or chew on them? Or for face grooming?

And today she is not any better. Could you give more detail or take a video?

Do you think she fell while you were out of the room?

Poor baby. I hope she feels better soon!

By holding it funny I mean that her arm just seems to hang at her side and her hand is curled up, but she isnt holding it like it hurts as if it was broken (up to her body) if that makes sense.

She cannot hold things or groom, she can climb but is using the other front leg to grip. When feeding she normally grabs onto the syringe but she is unable to raise the arm to do that now.

I had put new oak branches in their cage so I think that while I was out of the room she was climbing around and got the leg caught or something while I was out of the room.

I am having issues uploading images but will continue to work on getting them up.

She does not seem to be bothered by it except when climbing, it seems to confuse her and she is clumsier now

Ashlee I don't have experience with this kind of problem. Everyone here is really helpful, even though they are caring for their own babies. Give them a bit to get on and someone may offer you a dosage for medicine and advice.

    What is today's weight?

I do have vet access, I have been hoping it would correct itself but it looks like tomorrow we go see the vet if she is no different.
