Default Trimming nails and general grooming?

I used to be able to give Rusty a bath when she was a baby but now that she is full grown she doesn't like it so much..
Also her nails are super sharp. Is there any way to sand them down like with those sandpaper sheets or anything? (She likes to tear those up..I've tried.)

    Thanks!

    Hey Hailey,

It helps to keep all of your posts in one thread .

How I clip toenail is have the squirrel in cage and feed a nut through the cage wire. Depending on how good nut is, you can clip several toenails with a toenail clipper

Sorry still new to this whole forum thread whatever thing
The only thing is, when she gets treats in her cage she likes to stay on the opposite side of the cage as you to eat it..

Didn't explain it enough... Squirrel is in side cage with door shut, you are outside of cage holding said nut. You do not give squirrel nut but let them try to get it while they hang from side. Cut toenail that is through wire. Helps to have a helper.
