Default plz help baby squirrel pneumonia!!

My brother saved a approximately 5week old baby squirrel, the mother and remainder of the nest was destroyed by a cat. The baby has been eating great until last night...now it is "clicking" when it breathes. I have it beside a vaporizer and on an insulated heat pad but I don't know what else to do :'( I have clavamox and amoxicillia but I don't know the proper dosage. Please help this little baby means the world to me

Can you get a weight on this baby, it's needed for dosing meds.
Do you have a 1cc syringe for dosing, also needed.

What is the strength of the clavamox?

What are you feeding this baby and with what have you been using to feed with?

Given that your title says, "junior member," I just wanted to make sure that you saw this and the link in this thread, http://thesquirrelboard.com/forums/s...-Squirrel-Care I found it to be very helpful.

I have read that injuries due to a cat are very urgent so you're probably doing good by taking care of that part immediately.

If you do happen to be very new and would rather someone else took care of this, feel free to ask on here for a wildlife rehabilitator and do a google search for one. If you do the later, just make sure to ask them what they will do with the squirrel once you bring it over. Hopefully the answer will be that they will raise and release it.
