Default Baby pooped twice first day.. Hasn't gone since

Hi all, new squirrel mama here. So on Saturday the 29th I found a baby clinging to a tree in my front yard and after waiting a bit I determined his mother wasn't going to come get him, so I took him in, warmed him up, and gave him some pedialyte for about 12 hours.

After that, I started giving him some esbilac mixed 2 parts water 1 part formula and 1/4 part heavy whipping cream (I realize now that this is too strong and plan to dilute it starting on the next feeding). He's been eating a ton, and has gained 2 g (as of last night) to be about 72 g. I estimate him to be about 3 or 4 weeks.

Anyways, the first day that I found him, he pooped twice, but he hasnt had a BM since. He's been peeing regularly when stimulated after I give him formula or fluids (I've been giving him tap water and a bit of diluted Apple juice). I don't think he's doing badly because he doesn't act in pain or anything and he's still eating just as much (3.5 ish cc per sitting). He's not lethargic and I don't think he's bloated, I'm just super worried about him. I've also tried holding him chest deep in warm water and still no BM.

    Advice is appreciated, thanks!

You are using the powered Esbilac with pre and pro biotics?
The poo you saw on the first day was eliminating mommy's milk. Mix the Esbilac 2-1 as stated, leave out the heavy whipping cream. It sometimes causes this problem with young babies that don't need the extra fat.
At 72 grams baby should be eating 3.6 cc's @ 5% up to 5.4 cc's @ 7% each feeding. If you feel the need to hydrate do it in between feedings with a homemade solution. Not the Pedilyte. As long as he's not constipated I wouldn't keep adding things or bathing to make him go, the poo's should come on it's own once he is regulated.

Thank you stepnstone for the advice; yes I have been using the powdered esbilac with pre and probiotics.

Since your comment, I have fed him once without the whipping cream, and I am going to feed him again shortly. When exactly should I start to worry about a lack of BMs?

With some solid nutrition you should start seeing something soon.
Keep close watch on his stomach for bloat or any tightness.
How old is this baby? Can you post a picture?
