    Default Broken? Fracture? Idk?

Everything has been going great with Julius. Eating, Pooping, Growth, Etc. I haven't had any issues, but an hour ago during his feeding I noticed his right front paw was being somewhat cradled. When I first received him, his back paw and leg was swollen from the fall but by the next day it was better and he hasn't had any issues with it. I don't know if this is an injury from almost 3 weeks ago and I'm just now noticing it since he's 5 weeks and is becoming more active. And if not I can't figure out how else he could've hurt himself in such a way.

When he was feeding he grabbed at the syringe with both paws but when he crawls (eyes aren't opened yet) he keeps it at his chest and ends up doing this one-armed-army-crawl thing.

I have a video, but it won't let me upload straight from my phone, I need a URL

There is definitely a problem there. It isn't useless - he can flip it back over when it gets bent the wrong way. Does he show any signs of pain when you gently go over the arm?

Here's a video of a feeding 3-4 hours after I took the other one. It seems better and when I was refilling the syringe he was moving around better, but afterwards he went back to cradling it.

Whatever caused it obviously he can use it but it probably hurts to use it. Personally I would give him some liquid infant Ibuprofen to help him deal with it until it's better. Anything that hurts can heal better with pain management. The Ib would also help with swelling if any.

We can dose this - INFANT IBUPROPHEN - for you if you supply Julius' weight. It is safe and effective in the right doses.

Make sure you have the infant ibuprophen at 50mg/1.25 mls
The dose will be .025 every 4 hours.

Here is a 1 cc syringe showing where this amount is.

Perfect. And it's the right strength of 50mg/1.25 mls.
The dose I gave you is on the low side. It will amount to probably a drop or two.
We have used infant ibuprophen all the time on the board, it's very safe.
This can be dosed every 4 hours as needed for pain.

Look at post #10. There is a 1 cc syringe showing you exactly where the dose should be.
