Hello, I have a very picky eater who hides (not for later...just hides) broccoli and several other veggies in the Group 1 list. However, I recently found out that if I serve broccoli shaved (like in bags you can get from the store of fresh broccoli slaw) she will eat every bit of it. I have NO IDEA why that matters to her, but it does. She does this with any veggie I want to give her. If I change the shape, she suddenly thinks it's heavenly. I don't understand her, but I'm going to take this "weirdness" as a win for me.
I hope this post helps another picky eater eat broccoli!!!
