    Default NOT SQUIRREL RELATED BUT NEED HELP

    hello everyone!

    this is not squirrel related and if not ok to post here please do whatever is necessary....I am in need of help I am trying to get a dog from being euthanized on friday...he is a pit (i know but please don't pay attention to his breed) he is about 2 years old i am guessing, not neutered, but UTD on shots, I have no history on him since he was given to our school...BUT he belonged to someone he is sweet as can be!!! hes good with other dogs, people, stays in the kennel fine, hasn't peed or poop in his kennel , haven't heard him bark when i put him in the kennel, he just needs a second chance....he is so sweet....but his time is limited and i am trying to get approval to adopt him ....I would keep him but I have 6 dogs already! if anyone is interested in giving this sweet boy a home please please comment...i am in Alabama

    I wanted to post here because i really couldnt think of any other animal lovers than those that come to this board...the kindness, love and compassion in the members here is fantastic

    here he is!...unfortunately we don't have a history of where he came from...I can only tell you how he is personally, loves going on walks, doesn't drag or pull the leash unless he really has to pee... if you tell him wait for me he usually turns around and comes by your side...he is fine around other dogs but does need to be fixed, he never shown any aggression with me period, i have never heard him bark, he has a bed in the kennel he is in and hasn't destroyed it so he definitely appreciates his bed, his ears are cropped, he is underweight currently 49 pounds but hip bones are exposed, he has his shots, hasnt had a heartworm test done so i don't know the status of that... He deserves a second chance

    Oh my surely someone would want him....he's so handsome and his face is full of personality and if his personality is this good under stressful circumstances, imagine how good it would be in a loving home of his own

    UPDATE ON THIS LITTLE MAN! his name is tank he has been treated for heart worms and is not heart worm negative!! yay! he is a good boy and has a forever home! He has been ADOPTED about a two months ago by ME lol so he has his forever home...couldn't let this one be euthanized for nothing thanks everyone for your replies and help with the other puppies in my other post
