Default Indian Palm squirrel rapid hair loss since last two weeks and regurgitated today.

Please help, It's a one and a half year old Indian palm squirrel weighing around 180 grams, for the past two weeks she has been scratching herself excessively, and losing hair, I took her to the vet but the doc there is not specialized in wild animals, he told me to research online about my squirrel, then I told him about Ivermectin and he said that it could be lethal for her because of the correct dose confusion as he gives half a tab to a large size dog suffering from mange and other skin diseases. Today morning, she came down on my reading table from her box, I gave her some walnuts, apples, wheat-dough ball and some water, and just a moment after eating she vomited the food in liquid form, she even regurgitated water after drinking it. And one thing more she doesn't seem lethargic and runs around the usual way. Please suggest me a possible course of action as there is no vet who specializes in wild animals in my town. Day before yesterday I didn't see her pooping much, as I usually see the droppings around my table, yesterday she pooped in bundles, 3-4 droppings in one bundle stuck together, structure of each poop intact, sticky texture. And about urine, I have noticed that for the past two days she is urinating less than usual and yellow in color. I am on my own with online help boards as my last resort as there is no physical help that I can get, please suggest me. What could be the possible problems with her?
I hope that she is not moving towards a bigger problem. Right now is doesn't seem lethargic at all, she runs around the way she did, goes away for 3-4 hours to roam around and comes back by 5 pm every day.
