Male, (age unknown) Wild squirrel in my yard has white, crusty, cauliflower looking patches on his back neck and a bit on his ears. He accepts food from me such as pieces of avocado and balls of peanut butter with Henry's vitamins and protein inside. I also ordered Capstar from Henry's. Can't sit up much because when he eats he holds the food in one paw and supports himself with the other.

He is able to drink water and scamper pretty well in the yard, even hissing a bit at squirrels who try to steal his food. But he is tired and sways a bit and loses his balance when he tries to itch. Very scraggly looking.

I don't want to poison him with Ivermectin or something when he is so weak. Should I just try Capstar first and see what happens?
