Hi Everyone!! I just wanted to "pop" (no pun intended! well, yes, yes there is!) in super quick and send a HUGE shout out to CritterMom and all of her guidance through this!! You not only made Crackie feel AMAZING - you made me feel so much better through all of this!

I just wanted to thank you, thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!

I'll post more later, and get back with you once I check on her during my break from work... starting her in a minute!

Thank you so much again. You saved us!!!

    Kind Regards,
    Jen - Crackie's mom

She feels so much better now!

    PHEW!

I hoped this would happen. I am battling periodontal disease right now, and spending a lot of money I don't have on it, and in the last 6 months I have lost two big molars that are in the process now of becoming implants. Both of them abscessed, and the pain OMG the pain was just ridiculous, like get in the car and drive 75mph into a wall pain. I had two weeks before the dentist could get me in. I did just what Crackie just had done, waited until I could see the infection just below the gum, and opened it up with a sterile x-acto blade, and the pain drained away with the nastiness inside; it is all just the pressure that hurts. Knowing how much that little bit hurt me makes me cringe to think what this felt like on a little squirrel. I am just so happy to hear that she literally did a 180 with her behavior because I KNOW it means she feels a lot better. Yay Crackie! And Yay Crackie's mom and dad who likely won't be eating for the next day or two!
