Bump on squirrel nose
Hi all! I've rehabilitated Squirrells for the past 5 years and have never encountered anything like this. My baby squirrel has a bump on his nose that has popped up between his 4 to 5 weeks old time frame. It's a single bump just above the right eye. He doesn't show any signs of discomfort from it, he's still eating and using the bathroom accordingly. I've read about squirrel pox but have never dealt with it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
