Mange? (pics)

Hi!

Just wanted to double check/see if this looked like mange. It has been getting quite bad with the squirrels in my local park (you can see one of them is nearly bald).

If it is mange, is there anything (in addition to ivermectin) that I can do to help these guys fare better in the cold/snow? Any high-calorie or super nutritious foods?
