    Default Red Welt on Leg

    Hey Guys,
    First post so sorry if I break any etiquette. My Eastern Grey rescue (7 weeks) has had a welt developing in his right rear leg. The vets weren't sure so I was hoping you guys would have some insight to what it is and possible treatments. I've included two pictures attached (hopefully correctly), the first taken on 9/12 and the second on 9/22.
