Need help with dosing amount
Rescued a little guy found in a puddle in a bad thunderstorm, he was malnourished, dehydrated, and cold. Momma didn't come back. First thing I did was get him warm,rehydrate him, then went ahead and got him on formula. Upon coming to me he was sneezing alot and figured he was developing pneumonia from the rain and now he's got the click/crackle in his lungs. I have the following medicines on hand just need help with choosing the best one and the correct dosage for him. He is 81 grams, around 5 weeks old.

Amoxicillin Trihydrate 500mg capsule
Sulfamethoxazole/TMP DS TABLET 800/160 mg
Amoxicillin clav 875-125 mg tablet
