Scared baby squirrel

So they are around 5-6 weeks old i guess now ..coz When i found them on 21 sept they had fur,so one is active and and actively plays after feeding but other one is lazy he sleeps after eating even if left out to play he finds and corner and sits there and even after 2 weeks he is too scared of sudden movements,and when he jumps down and we try to chase him he runs like we are some predators and pees and gets terrified,tho he is okay during feedings but how can i change this behaviour. Even after 2 weeks all same eat and sleep only. ( I dont know how to use this site so if a photo is attached it was clicked on 25 sept soyou can guess the age)
