Need vet near Toronto - tilting and labored breathing

He's gotten much worse, I'm trying mbd treatment but that hasn't helped. He's having trouble drinking and he can't stand on his own. He needs a vet. If anyone is aware of a vet around Toronto or Mississauga in Ontario that I can't take him to, please dm me. Quebec is a 6 hour drive so it's too far, I think the stress of a trip like that would be awful for him.
