Unless you have reason to believe in an outbreak or a population of coons around I wouldn't jump to "balance problems" being raccoon roundworm.
It's not as prevalent as hyped to be and likely the least of concerns. What approximate age of squirrel would you guess it to be, baby, juvie, adult?
Not unusual for a young squirrel to miss it's mark and/ or fall, it could be from the results of new or old injury. More the reason why we do see dog
or cat caught squirrels.
If possible could you take and post a picture to help evaluate this little one.
