Smile moral or mental support needed!

I have a problem I think only you guys can understand. Dibble is approx. 7 weeks, healthy weight, eating 12-15cc Fv & esbilac blend 4-5 Times daily. Everything I read says a night feeding isn't required. I just can't help myself..... I get up in the night to check on him, check his heat source (singleton), rub his belly, feel his soft warm feet, and can't help but feed him. He is just starting to hold and nibble Henry block, but no real quantity consumed. Do I really have to give up this quiet time with my boy? LOL He will over winter with me with spring soft release.

No! That is for OUR convenience. I bet he likes having his mama give him a midnight snack.

In the wild, is it pretty assured mom is in the nest all night long unlike the day when she would have to leave at least occasionally to forage. The wild babies can have a little snack any time they chose during the night and your feeding during the night is a good thing.
