There is a squirrel outside who comes to the window but that is because I used to feed her. Koba is fine right now. I came from from work and he is just all over me and playing and not bothering by the door at all. It usually only in the morning or afternoon.

It's been killing me, thinking about having to+give him up. I just want what's best for him.

Our weather patterns have been crazy and it's mating season outside. The wilds are barking and chasing non-stop sun up to sun down.

I have a feeling if you give it some time and make sure he has plenty of stuff to keep him occupied he'll get over it. With this being his first mating season his little body is full of hormones and everything in him is saying run and chase and get a girl!
What can I do about him chewing on my door? If he put a hole in it, I have no way to keep him in my room. I was using wasabi, but then he just chewes on the carpeting.

Can you put hardware cloth over the bottom of the door? I did this in Sammy's room. It helps. Does he have a cage or is he always out?

When does he chew on your door? While he is out with you for out of cage time? Do you have a lot of things to keep him entertained while he is out? Does he like to play with you?

He loves to play with me. He prefers playing with plush toys than balls or anything. I have tons of toys and wood and he has a huge cat tree that he plays on. But when he paces like this, he doesn't wanna play. He doesn't wanna be touched and he'll growl at me sometimes.

Update: I moved his cage and got rid of my desk so there's more room now. e seems a lot happier and is playing more. We'll see how he acts tomorrow morning.
